An unboxing video is mandatory and must clearly show the damaged item as it is removed from the package.
The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and labels intact.
For combo sets, returns are accepted only if the entire set is returned—individual items cannot be returned separately.
We encourage all customers to double-check product specifications and order details before finalizing a purchase.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If your item arrives damaged, follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving it:

We will notify you whether your return request has been approved or denied based on our policy criteria.
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved:
A refund will be processed using your original method of payment.
The refund will cover the product cost and applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees.
Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days, subject to your payment provider’s processing time.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a credit note, valid for 30 days, redeemable on any future purchase with Leolux Lighting Solutions.
5. Return Shipping
If your return is approved:
We will provide detailed instructions for returning the item.
You will be responsible for arranging return shipping via a trackable courier service.
Please keep the shipping receipt as proof of dispatch.
6. Replacement Option
If the damaged item is still in stock, you can choose to:
